Here’s my full piece for the "6 Degrees" postcard show at Light Grey Art Lab. The idea was to do something local, or something personal about our evironments. At the time, I had just made the move from Manhattan to Queens and I wanted to paint some the things I like best about my new neighborhood- like the row houses that all seem to have their own personality, and the way people seem to actual know each other or have lived here for years. Very different from where I was last year.
The show opens December 5th, and prints are available here along with work from a bunch of other great artists. Check it out! Special sale this weekend for the holiday.
